About me
Hello my name is Sandi Carroll (S.A.C Dip)
After Hairdressing for over 20 years, I decided to change career to Coaching and Counselling which is what I had wanted to do for a very long time. I thrive on helping clients achieve their goals and help give encouragement and give them the tools needed to make the changes in their lives, by giving clients clarity, empowerment and gain self confidence. I coach and counsel in many area such as Stress and Anxiety management , Relationships, Anger management, Addictions and also Domestic violence/Narcissistic abuse which I am very passionate about. Having survived narcissistic abuse myself , I found it hard to find therapists that had first hand experience not just text book knowledge. After many years of research in narcissism and abuse , I then gained my certification in Domestic Violence and Counselling . I am also in the process of writing my first book , more information to come later!
